What I’d really like:

I personally believe that U.S. Americans are unable to do so because, uh, some, people out there in our nation don’t have maps and, uh, I believe that our, uh, education like such as, uh, South Africa and, uh, the Iraq, everywhere like such as, and, I believe that they should, our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S., uh, or, uh, should help South Africa and should help the Iraq and the Asian countries, so we will be able to build up our future, for our children

Uhhhh… John… Uhhhh… you O.K. there little buddy? :lol

Patty Loveless’s newest release Mountain Soul II is fantastic. Shes got a stellar lineup with Emmylou Harris, Vince Gill, Del and Ronnie McCoury, and Mike Aldridge. Patty’s voice is great and the bluegrass backing her up on this album is top notch. IMO, this would sound awesome at Telluride…

hayes carll, AA Bondy, the Heartless Bastards

Why, Jen, I couldn’t agree with you more! :thumbsup

In fact, I think the Planet needs to book the Stringdusters EVERY YEAR for TBF. These guys are the present and the future!!! The best bluegrass band on the planet! :band (minus the drums)

I totally dig your wishlist!

And I second Dave Rawlings Machine
Old Crow Medicine Show
Steep Canyon Rangers feat. Steve Martin
Greensky Bluegrass
RRE
Crooked Still

Discovered the last 3 at TBF 09 and can’t get enough of them…

Really :huh

I’ve found this to be one of the highlights every year. Some of the best Festifood I’ve come across. Although I do hope Killer Flank Steak goes back to Cholula Hot Sauce :evil this year. It’s just not the same with Tapatio

Headed to Telluride this weekend for some Greensky Bluegrass at the Sheridan! A little mid-winter T-ride fix to get me through till Summer.

1-Leftover Salmon Late Nighter (Have I beat this one to death yet…after the recent Boulder run the answer is no lol)

2-Cornmeal Main Stage - Besides great music, I think the crowd would dig seeing Allie get DOWN on that Fiddle, the potential for sit in’s is too much

3-Longer Greensky Mainstage Set - One of the best Bluegrass/Jam Grass bands touring right now in my opinion, give the people what they want!

Scratching my head on the food comment as well (No offense bub), Between the dumplings, Sweet Potato Fries and Killer Steak…hell I took LESS of my own food with me last year as not to waste it because I knew these words as well as ‘Beer’ would make up a decent chunk of my mid day diet!

:cheers
