Well, we're getting close..... sorry for the radio silence!!!!

What was the name of his horn again. I always forget :rolleyes Interesting sound :medal

didgeridoo. So good.

Rich sound. :medal

Well, I’ve been up to my belly in powder the last several days and missed all the fun. (I bet Hooch is up to his armpits by now)

But I’m more excited than ever and now I REALLY can’t wait to find out what’s in store for us in June.

Damn. We’ve hardly gotten any snow up here in Montana. I’ve only been skiing once this winter, and winter is almost over. I should have tried for a trip down south, I guess.

Bevin - are you skiing Taos? Or maybe Wolf Creek? You guys are getting crazy amounts of snow down there. I’m jealous! The snow isn’t bad up here in Steamboat, but it isn’t great, either. Fingers crossed that you guys send some of that up our way! Enjoy!!!

Keith Urban is playing at the Country Jam down the road in Grand Junction the same weekend as Telluride, so I doubt he’ll be double booked.

Thanks Telluride Tom, I’m not disappointed. Xavier Rudd would be good and Nick Cave would be fabulous! Lots to dream about

i love this new single he has

Xavier Rudd & the United Nations - Come People (Album Version) [official music video]

Bring back

Avetts

Sharon Jones!!!

Bring back Fogerty! Or someone equal to his rocking greatness (as if there is such a person). Allmans or Robert Plant are pretty equal…

Please leave The Lumineers and Ryan Adams out of it. I love Ryan, but do we really want to bring him back after 2008? However, I would absolutely love to see The Tallest Man on Earth. Talk about great songwriting combined with incredible guitar playing! Sharon Jones would also be a ton of fun!

Sugar, you don’t have a tip yet, go on put one in…Sharon Jones is awesome!

Yes! :evil

To Ryan’s credit, he’s gotten some health things figured out over the past few years, both regarding substance struggles and an inner-ear disease called Meniere’s disease that basically made performing incredibly physically painful; this is well documented in some of the interviews he has done surrounding his latest self-titled release. He seems to feel like he is more comfortable doing his own thing now – working in his own studio, making music that does not simply fit into genre (his discussion of Whiskeytown as an exercise in genre is interesting), etc.

That doesn’t guarantee that a revisit would not yield similar results, but he seems to have picked up the pieces of some things since he last played TBF.

I saw Ryan at last years Hardly Strictly Bluegrass festival. His performance was one of my favorites.

:cheers

How cool would it be for Van Morrison to play this year…I know he rarely leaves the confines of Ireland and the UK however if I were to make one epic wish…it would be for him to be one of the Headliners this year…just saying :wave

Mine would be Paul Simon  :cheers

Jenny Lewis will be in Waverly, IA along with Mumford for the GOTR tour.

As one of hte biggest complainers about Ryan Adam’s last T-ride show, I would love to give him another chance.

But talk about coming back from a medical problem, I understand that Sharon Jones is more fiery than ever after her bout with cancer. She just ROCKS and I’d love to see her back again. It can’t be cold even if she plays late at night in T’ride cuz everyone would be heated up from endless dancing!

love sharon as well and she is playing with TTB at red rocks the weekend before TBF

hmmmmm
