Unable to get to shop.bluegrass.com to buy tickets!!

Sold out… In 50 minutes.

It’s like having a lottery, but not being able to just submit and not worry about it anymore.

There has got to be a better way. That was a painful 50 minutes only to be shut out.

I didn’t get email confirmation yet either, but like yours, the ticket and camping purchase are also listed in “My Account” with the full amount for the 3 tickets and camping passes we bought. I’m guessing that things are so slow and backed up that the email confirmations are behind schedule.

I just bought a 4-day pass off Stub-hub for $1,000. Is that a good deal?

Better way: use a waiting room on a separate server, so only a fixed number of people can get to the payment server at a time… You know, what was suggested a year ago.

Cool, thanks so much for the response. I had to hit “confirm” 3 separate times so it made me a little nervous.

I will NEVER go to the festival again!!! This is COMPLETE BS. I had nightmares about trying to get tickets …no joke! but I figured sitting in front of two computers, re-dialing the hotline over and over again and trying to buy them on a smart phone all at the same time would at least get me two. I was able to ad them to a cart and begin checking out several times but to no avail!

C’mon now Joe… She saved, tried hard, and was crushed that she didn’t get tickets. All we know about her attitude is that she doesn’t want to put herself on this emotional roller coaster again.

Lots 'o good folk aren’t getting tickets, let’s not call karma into play.

Just got through with regular priced advance tickets.

I recommend refreshing the screen a few times - my whole process was 15 minutes long (not the awful 55 others are saying).

Maybe it’s sold out now, but my purchase literally just was completed.

I had a bad attitude the whole time while shopping for mine, and I ended up getting my tics. No such thing as ticket karma man. If there was, there would be no scalpers. Ticket karma = failed logic. It’s ok to get frustrated or negative every once in awhile. It’s called being human. That being said, FESTIVAAAAAAAL!!! :wave

I THINK I have my four tickets. I hit the “Confirm” button and lost the server again. My Account say that my order is “pending”. I hope that means it is pending credit card verification and not still waiting for me to hit the “Confirm” button.

This is stressful. One hour and fifteen minutes and the discounted tickets were gone already. Paid Full Price not two years in a row on the first day of sales.

Well the holidays went quickly, but tickets are still there people, just $15 more. Keep trying!

She’s certainly not the only one who’s frustrated, and rightfully so. That said, I got my tickets, so I’m in a great mood. :thumbsup

I gave up. I couldn’t even get the regular price tickets. Guess I’ll start to think about alternate plans in June.
