So I got thru the # of tickets page, hit enter, and have been sitting here for 10 minutes - has it timed out, do I need to start over??? This is so much fun …
We got our tickets and HS camping after 40 minutes, about a 15 minute improvement over last year, and we did get the Holiday Pricing. When we got the “unable to connect…” or whatever message, we kept refreshing, rather than trying to start at the beginning again. We placed the tix in the cart several times before they finally registered as being in the cart. Also, my credit card was rejected at first, even though I double-checked the numbers, but it worked the second time.

They attribute the dramatic decrease to Festivarians trying to buy tickets for Telluride Bluegrass. They expect the productivity to stay low while those people who ended up with 40 tickets (trying to order ) try to connect to the people with none”.
first things first – i had the sameproblems as everyone else with the website. i hope i only bought the two tickets i needed and not 6.
second – i finally got through for my two tickets and they are listed in the ‘my account’ section on shop.bluegrass.com, however i haven’t received any sort of email confirmation and that makes me nervous. did anyone else who got through get an email??
