Oysters? Really? Arent you newly weds that are in your 20’s? Sheeesh, youll probably just go play chess anyway! :lol
Hey you two, good to hear you will be in Warner, me too! I can bake the cakes :cake!!! Give Ron a call if you want to be involved in the TP gayla. :cheers :sunshine
Yes, we are in Warner, but we won’t say no to some TP tickets going to waste…
I’m up for anything anyone wants to do to celebrate love all around :lovedr
Me and Dayton are just so happy to be coming back :sunshine
And for the record, Dayton’s the oyster fan, it’s not my personal favorite…
But anything with bacon works for me! And I’d be happy to bake my own wedding cake with you Landshark, for old times sake :cheers
Mimosas I definitely like the sound of Debbie, and judging by the quality of your Bloody Mary’s, they’re bound to be delicious :thumbsup
Run a Muck is available for a wedding celebration before the Oyster feed. Feel free to contact me by PM.
:peace
Would love to bake with you again Lalagay. Cheers to you and Dayton :cheers Looking forward to seeing you and the entire TP crews and camps.
And we missed the year you met there, so I can’t wait to meet you both and greet you Town Park Style!
This will be my first Town Park stay (3rd TBF) and I am more than excited to join all the fun from Saturday - Sunday!
I have heard about various TP activities like the consumption of rum balls, tiki bar parties and of course BACON!!! Given that my hubby and I live in Southern Iowa and are currently stuck in a blizzard I am day-dreaming of this glorious week in June…
Can some of you experienced TP campers enlighten me on some of the fun that will be going down in 2011!?
I’ll be working with various veteran campsites to compose the list of events for this year over the next few months before posting them here.
In the mean time, you can get an idea of the events we have from last years list:
Official 2010 TBF Pre-fest Schedule
:cheers
Please try to get a couple of the bands that will be entering the band contest to play in TP before the festival begins. Good practice for them and us!
Thanks! We look forward to meeting you guys too!!! :cheers
Snow on the ground has been melting today, I like kidding myself that winter in Western North Carolina is over and we’re just about ready to pack for Telluride!!
cough snow on the way again… you’re welcome… nashville
Would anyone be interested in having a formal night? Before I get too many smites, let me explain. I’m not talking about a traditional formal event with suits, ties & expensive gowns, more like a “Hippie Prom.”
My thoughts are ladies in tie-dye dresses embellished with multi-color sequins and gentlemen in tuxedo t-shirts and linen pants… or whatever your interpretation of hippie formal-wear might be.
Might be fun?!

I’m in if I can put the multi-color sequins on my linen pants to accent my tuxedo shirt. I have to feel that any retro, polyester tuxedos would be appropriate as well. I think this is a great idea, and I offer up my cooking skills for a prom dinner for all attendees. I am thinking something containing plenty o’ BACON.
I’ve never been to a prom!
Does a bluegrass prom exist?!?
