very pleased with the keller and keels at the sheridan :thumbsup
kinda like the home team at my favorite away venue
and like others, i’m left wondering how come yonder is not there on friday? i’m certain the bluegrass gods have good reasons… sure am glad i was able to be there last year for the yonder sheridan! but (big what-if?) that was the last one :eek
dear abby… :huh
ok so whats the deal w/ the late-night lottery? this is the third year in a row they are doing it differently. will it be like last year…pick 2 shows and/or all acess or will it be new … something strange about this late night line up this year. Im not too stoked like i have been in years past. and the question that will keep being asked … why no fri night yonder (not like i’d ever get a ticket anyway, but still) ?
Great lineup in my opinion. It is funny how folks can see it all differently. (I for one couldn’t be happier that RRE isn’t playing… althought that might lure some folks away form the good shows hmm…) We’ll definitely be hoping for all access passes seeing as how there are multiple nights we’d want to see multiple shows.
Punchbrothers have been a GREAT show the past two years at the Sheridan. For me is stacks up favorably with last years lineup. Like most others though, i wonder if our curiosity about YMSB’s friday absense will get answered.
Curious about the Keller show because of how its listed. ‘Keller Williams with Keller and the Keels’. Larry Keel is special, real special. Lets hope he’s all over the festival.
Exactly…imo it’s nice to shake up the traditional YMSB Opera slot, and give others a crack at Nightgrass venues…even though on paper the lineup appears weak for some, if i was a betting man, i’d bet there are gonna be stellar sets…analagous to the wake following Jerry’s passing (for us Dead fans), you gotta embrace change, and keep a positive attitude, and it’ll all work out in the end!
