It's time again for your music suggestions...

My vote: Jorma Kaukonen with Bob Weir and Phil Lesh

2005, I believe. A rainbow appeared over the stage during one of her songs. I wasn’t as familiar with her then as I am now, so I don’t remember which one it was. It was one of my first truly spiritual moments at the Festival.

Saw Neko in 2005 and a couple of times since. Would welcome her back, joined by Jon Rauhaus and Kelly Hogan.

A few more I thought of…
Beppe Gembetta
Pat Flyyn (hopefully with NGR as shown in a previous post)
Trampled By Turtles
Grace Potter
Spring Creek

I have to agree with a lot of suggestions, Jorma would be a nice treat.

Outside the bluegrass genre:
Grace Potter
Jackie Greene
Gov’t Mule or Warren
Mark Knoffler
and bring back John Prine dammit!

Arnett Hollow,
they are awesome!
They are releasing a new album next year and it would be sick if they were rocking out in CO at Telluride~

:thumbsup WILLIAM ELLIOT WHITMORE …enough said :flower

The Gourds!!!

My one immediate thought was Charlie Sizemore. Love his style and music, but have yet to see him live.

i know Steve Earle’s been said, but let’s just say it again! Who would not want to see this little duet:

Just one… SWEET! :flower

I’m not a huge Nashville Country fan, But I gotta sat that Brad Paisley would fit in quite nicely at TBGF. The guy can really PLAY.

hot buttered rum, hot buttered rum, hot buttered rum, hot buttered rum, hot buttered rum, hot buttered rum, hot buttered rum, hot buttered rum, hot buttered rum, hot buttered rum, hot buttered rum. hot buttered rum, hot buttered rum, hot buttered rum

and eddie vedder

so for real. butter has recently had a lineup change and are headed in new directions. despite the fact that they play colorado fairly often, i think their new(er) sound and lineup deserves to be at this festival once again.

i agree that bands like greensky, spring creek, as well as butter constantly tour colorado in hopes of being invited again to the planet fests.

the vibe that the band and fans bring to their shows is unmatched. the true festivarian spirit if you will.

anwyah, i really hope to see them on the main stage once again.

This will be my FIRST Telluride trip (I know, I know…long time coming, but so many issues with getting friends to get on the same page as me so never really worked out) and looking forward to it!!! :cheers

Some of my pics will be obvious ones and some regulars and some have already been said, but will say it again.

Some incarnation of this at the festival would be interesting and exciting!!!

I forgot to mention in my earlier request Manu Chao…there has to be someone in this country who can pull strings in Europe–especially with the transition of America out of tyranny and into the age of having an African-American president.

And just one more request once again for Neil Young…please, please, please (On my bended knees).

Bob D. would be nice too.

Chao,

Stoozie

“Bob D. would be nice too.”

I’d take some Zimmy too!!!

I know its a little late in the game, but a big push should be made for
Old Crow Medicine Show as well as Trampled by Turtles. Also Hot Buttered Rum would be sweet.
