Arlo PLEASE!

I would to see Alison Krauss & US and John Prine return. Mr. Prine ain’t gettin’ any younger. How 'bout Tom Waits?

UBER EXCITED FOR TOMMOROW!!!
praying to the Festivarian Gods for an announcement of Tony Furtado and Allison Krause and robert Plant!!! :thumbsup

I’d LOVE to see Tony Furtado added, even as a tweener. He and a KILLER player, Scott Law, are playing together under the name ‘Banjo Killers’. That’d be tight!

I’ll beg just one more time. Please Alison Krauss in some musical fashion. RPAK, AKUS, TRAKUS, or even just with Jerry. With it being Jerry’s 25th, even a surprise appearance would be wonderful. The liineup looks great btw. I’m really looking forward to hearing a traditional bluegrass set from the Punch Bros.

One last request for Josh Ritter!! (and Storyhill, maybe, too)

I’m SO excited about the lineup thus far.

Love the line up so far, still hoping for Tony Furtado

I will say it again,Gogol Bordello, to close Sat pm,Like a combo of (Early) Leftover & Stringcheese,BUT,From the Ukraine, via NYC ,Gypsy Jam,If anybody sees them,They grow on you & you catch the fever,Does anybody remember the wildness of the early Leftover/String closeing sets ??? Well this is it, Xs,10,Complete over the top Madness JAM,Just another kinda culture,Do not think their from Waddy, Kentucky !!! Anyboby see them @ HSB this past yr.??? Warren does’nt just get bands to fill slots out there…

maybe a little outside the fat tire keg, but how bout the Carolina Chocolate Drops??
Amazing set at the N.O. Jazz Fest last year!

NOT too excited about the line-up so far. Too much poppy bluegrass soft country stuff. Maybe I’m being a Debbie downer, but outside of the the regulars who always bring the ruckus (Sam, Bela, Peter, Tim, etc.) and a few notable crowd pleasers (Railroad Earth, Steeldrivers, Todd Snider), I am overall not too stoked. Alas, I know the artist roll out has just started and Planet Bluegrass always seems to satisfy my mid summer music cravings. I just hope a couple of surprises and called for selections pop up. I also hope that John Cowan plays before I wake up.

The Steeldrivers are my favorites. I get to see them locally quite often so I’m hooked. :thumbsup

I second the Carolina Chocolate Drops. They get people movin’! They KILLED it at Pickin’ In The Pines in Flagstaff last year.

Not to ever be confused with Blue Highway, which I am still hoping for :thumbsup, but-

It looks like Blue Mountain is together and touring again-

They’re not Bluegrass, but Americana-ish :huh, I guess,- think Uncle Tupelo/Son Volt/ Neil Young-ish. For those that like some occasional power chords in their twang- (geez, can I even say that?)

From Oxford, MS- known for acclaimed “Dog Days” release in the '90s. Looks like they’re together again
http://www.bluemountainbandoxfordms.com/calendar.html
and might be available- I think they would be an awesome addition. Hint Hint

Check 'em out- I haven’t heard their new one yet- just found out they were together again.

P.S.- thanks to those that have suggested Jackie Greene, Hayes Carll and Ryan Bingham- they’re on my new listening rotation from suggestions I read here.

:cheers
