:wave Patience grasshopper. We have never been either but have been on the forum everyday since december. Most of the activity here is at night. Believe me, these folks will help but I assume most are at work right now. :cheers
There is food a plenty around Tride, so no worries lil brother. And all a stones throw away from the fest…just walk and ye shall find.
AND last but not least is the food available at the fest. No need to schlep around town if yer dogs are tired just pull up a lawn chair and dig in to some ever so tasty Flank Steak or my fav, Greek salad and stuffed grape leaves. I eat them for 4 day and still want more. Yer covered, no worries. OK?
Thanks guys I am ever so gracious and dying for June.
Trying to make my list out now and am doing the food bit.
Flank Steak? that sounds pretty good to me!
Pea’s
Jeff Lancaster
Sisters Dumplings are good too, as is the stir fry.
You can get hamburgers, hot dogs and corn dogs.
Pizza and Greek Gyros. You’ll find all the stuff you need inside the festival unless you want to cook at camp, and the grocery store isn’t far. :flower
Why does it have to be CHEAP champagne? This sounds like the perfect time to break out the good stuff. :cheers

Freckled Farmer - Illiam is the furthest Planet Bluegrass campsite from the festival grounds. It is beautiful, quiet, and has a river fed by snow-melt running beside it (excellent for morning plunges). A free shuttle bus runs hourly most of the day. Bring a bike. There is a long paved trail that can be ridden into town and to the festival grounds. Telluride has two small to medium sized grocery stores. Telluride has been a festival town for many many years, so the restaurants, bars, and stores know how to do things while festivals are going on. Both stores are kept well-stocked throughout the festival. Prices are reasonable, and both have gourmet and organic items. Telluride is acustomed to catering to the hip, rich, and funky classes. The town has a plethera of restaurants and bars. The vendor-food inside the festival is excellent and there are many many choices. Planet Bluegrass does an excellent job selecting vendors of all types for their festivals. A favorite spot of mine in town is Baked In Telluride. It’s a bakery that has very tasty doughnuts, pastries, breads, pizza, coffee, etc. It’s a festivarian hang-out and is located right next to one of the grocery stores… and is an easy walk to and from the festival grounds. You can without a dought wait until you get to Telluride to buy campground food, festival food, beer, wine, and other beverages at pretty reasonable prices. Be adventurous… wait 'til you get to Telluride to do your shopping…
Kaptain Karlos :cheers

I think you may be speaking of Clarks? It is on the right as you enter the Town of Telluride? I would consider that to be the largest grocery store in T-Ride and then the Village Market next to Baked in Telluride which is walking distance to Town Park (convenient when schlepping bags of ice)
Food? What food?
But wait…there’s more!
Food? What food?
That looks so good I think I can smell em :cheers
