by the time I finally get packed next week I will probably also be fully baked.

7 days to departure.

The oysters have been ordered, I’ll have room for 30% more this year. The prices did go up a bit though.

I tested the sourdough and it starts up just fine.

Now to get through the coming town wide festival we produce this weekend…
