Alabama Shakes…and have them close Friday night.

Otherwise…more uptempo acts, and far less strum-strum-snoozers.

Could we have local boys The Wood Brothers so we wouldn’t have to drive all the way to Pagosa? Pretty earthy, folksy, organic stuff, those fellows!

And…I heard Jackson Browne to say he’d like to come back!

Thanks for having such headliners as Jackson Browne, Don McLean, etc., these past few years.

John Mayer would be perfect.

Now that Rodriguez is back out touring, any chance of that?

Just discovered Jake Bugg today. Book him Danno! http://www.kcrw.com/music/programs/mb/mb130220jake_bugg/hd-showcase

I forgot Mark Kozelek! Oh, and thanks for making my Colin Meloy wish come true! I’ve been flying high all week!

So many good suggestions in here. Just heard a new female vocalist the other day, but forgot her name…something like Collan? Fairly celtic, haunting voice…make it a Mabon Folks Fest!

And, if you can’t get John Mayer, then Peter Mayer w/b so very good.

:wave

I hope they bring in someone with a little life. So far, this year’s line-up seems a little snoozy. :rolleyes

:wave Folks Fest is turned down a notch from Bluegrass.
Moving, heart touching and at times explosive. An all together different journey, laid back and relaxed. Yum that lazy river… :medal
