What time does the Resale Start in March?

I know every Tuesday, but is there a time to check?

I may completely misunderstand this process, as I’ve never used it, so someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I thought resale came up every Tuesday UNTIL March?

I think March 9 is the final date people can return unwanted/unneeded tickets, and my impression is that the resale happened weekly until that time. Am I wrong?

Resale starts in March, after all of the tickets are returned. It usually is one big allotment on a Tuesday afterward. No set time, kinda gotta keep checking. Sometime in the AM.
