Tracy - if you’re arriving Wednesday afternoon, then you should be there in time for the Rum Balls party. You could print out a few “invitations” and hand them out at Rum Balls. Or just wander the crowd and invite people. Or post a flyer or two at the bath house/porta-johns. Or just bring scotch tape and a sharpie and wing it. Or scotch tape your invitations onto people at the Rum Balls party. Or just find Ron and tell him. Or tape an invitation to Ron and let him wander the crowd. Everyone knows Ron!
