We’re working on getting things in line for next year’s festivals and should have on-sale dates, lottery dates, etc…coming very soon.

BUT…in the interim we’ve been working on getting our lovely “Forty Years of Festivation” book on Amazon. Our dedicated Festivarians (that’s you) took home quite a few over the summer, but we’d really like to get rid of the rest of them!

Personally, I can’t think of a better Holiday gift for anyone into music, festivals, music history, etc…but I digress…

We finally got the book listed on Amazon and would LOVE for you to head over and give it a review for us.

If you purchased the book from us, you might notice a somewhat different price.

That’s all Amazon’s doing.

We had nothing to do with the pricing beyond the “list price.” They choose which books they are going to discount, when they are discounted, and by how much. Please don’t be offended by the lower price. Rest assured that we appreciate you supporting us directly more than I could ever type on this keyboard.

That said, it’s now a crazy bargain! (I have absolutely no idea how long Amazon will offer it at this price, for the record)

Think of it like this…Your review could be the difference in someone having a great holiday present, and someone getting another neck-tie or socks. :eek

I truly hope each of you are having a great fall, and I’m already looking forward to seeing you all again next year.

I would have liked a little more behind the scenes info, especially from the early years. I imagine that would have been very difficult considering it’s been 41 years and I have no idea how good of records were kept. The amount of history I’d want would probably bore most people, but I’ve always been a history nerd. I also just started the Entertainment Management program at the University of Montana, so that kind of information is especially interesting to me at the moment. I would have gone with 4.5 stars if they’d let me!

That might have required a 3-D photo next to Sammy on the front cover. I wonder if that would have affected book sales…

Like a special chocolate you keep way up on the top shelf. A treat so special you wait, you anticipate…Getting ready to take my first look at this book and what a great way to fill my library.

I don’t take pictures often. So I think this was a great idea for fans .

I will let U know as I always do about what I think. I am sure I am going to see a lot of beautiful familiar faces.

This book made me laugh so hard I love the way it is written.
This book made me cry because it made me remember some things I had forgotten.
This book made me feel grateful that I have had the opportunity to spend so many Summers with such talented and kind folks. On and off the stage.
This book made me feel like I am family. So many beautiful faces that I have seen time and time again. Family.
