It has become strict policy in many of the mountain towns to not allow over-night sleeping in vehicles. The Colorado Marshall’s Office and the local Sheriff Department enforce the policy, not Planet Bluegrass. As Festivarians, we encourage you to respect these policies/Codes/Laws and acquire camping passes… just like the rest of us. :thumbsup

Hello All… Jasmine here… the one coordinating volunteers!
So, as far as camping post-fest for the Exit Clean-up Crew. Mary E. shuts down at noon on Monday, so no camping there. Town Park will open up for camping Monday afternoon for a small fee… I believe $12 per night, per site. It’s first come first served managed by the town. That’s really all I have. hey y’all! has anyone got their assignment yet?
Couple of us on this thread are exit crew. I think you should’ve heard by now? I’d PM jasmine or email @bluegrass.com… Thanks for the camping info BTW jasmine, you rule :wave
Useless and I haven’t gotten our assignments yet…just plan on being patient. I’m confident they will get around to assigning anyone that was accepted. 
I spoke with someone on the phone this morning and they say that they are still working on them, hoping to have them out within the next couple weeks.
Jasmine here again!! My hope is that all assignments will go out by the end of this week. Oh, and Cindy is just taking this season off… so she will be back :)!
