How do I safely purchase Laverne parking pass from resale? They don’t have PayPal, does eventim/see tickets work for parking??

Here is the applicable section from the bluegrass.com website:
To transfer a ticket through EVENTIM (See Tickets):

Contact EVENTIM (See Tickets) via email (help@seetickets.us) and request that they change the ticket to Will Call.

Once the ticket has been changed to Will Call, log into your EVENTIM(See Tickets) account, view your order history, and you will see a transfer button.

Enter the recipient’s email address and they will receive an email prompting them to accept the ticket(s).

Important Notice:
Once a ticket is transferred to another Festivarian via EVENTIM(See Tickets), the transfer is final.
Key Details:
Only the first transfer will be honored.
Revoking a transferred ticket is prohibited.
If a transfer is revoked by the original purchaser, the transferee will be alerted via email and:
The original purchaser’s ticket will be voided immediately.
The transferee (recipient) should contact the Planet Bluegrass promptly and will be issued a replacement ticket which will be held at Will Call.

Does this work for Laverne parking?
Sorry to ask again, but I don’t see this as an option for the car parking at Laverne, NOT car camping. How would someone suggest I safely buy a car parking spot at Laverne 2nd hand?
There is no LaVern parking, just the Vehicle and RV passes that let you keep your vehicle or RV in the campground and yes, you can transfer those passes. They are barcoded tickets that can be forwarded or you can use the transfer method thru Eventim. You might also want to try CashorTrade.org
