WE ARE! No spread sheet for donations because everyone wanted to tip anyways. Dont want to take money from anyone when it is donation based. So we will just cover it and make sure we get the ingredients right. I will say we welcome garnishment because some people share their home grown / home canned.

Bloody Mary Monday: Slight change to tradition.
We talked it over, and we wont be putting out a donation list this year. The reason being is that people still wanted to donate money during the event. This money used to help cover the cost of the items (coolers, utensils) needed for the event in the past. Everything needed to aide in the event is now covered. With the event having always been donation based, we would feel absolutely horrible taking money from anyone to cover the donated base ingredients. We will just buy everything needed to make the bloody marys. Real tomatoe juice Lucas lol
Now I did open with “slight” change. We will still take donations from whomever wants to contribute in a form other than currency. We would love to receive any of your homemade canned items for garnishing. Also decided to leave the juice and champagne open to donation for another way. Pretty open to ideas when it comes to non-currency donations.
Also, always looking for a group of people to play during the serving. Just ask they open with Willy’s Bloody Mary Morning. Then they can play whatever their hearts feel.

I have read about the Sober Fest people. We will have virgin marys and mimosas (hold the champaign) options at Bloody Mary Monday. Still a nice social time event that gets everyone out of their camp.

That’s great to hear! I am pretty freshly sober and looking to have a blast there this time sans booze (2nd time at the fest, first time sober). Looking forward to taking it all in more this time. Planning on getting there early before the fest starts and hanging out and hopefully getting some good hiking in too.

What about creating some sort of pooled donation (money, sellable gifts, crafts, instrument?, etc) in memory of Telluride Tom and finding some awesome cause to donate it to?

Lampshades Getting Loaded is on again. Tuesday June 17th 5-7pm! We’ll have lots of baked potatoes, and a variety of Chili’s, and stuff to Load it up with! We’ll have a keg of Hazy Pale Ale we brewed in March. We’ll also have the Lampshade Hat factory going full throttle, so bring your stuff to make a Lampshade hat and join us for a fun parade Saturday night during Sam Bush! We’ll have a few extra shades, lights and power packs, for those who want to play along but forgot to bring stuff. If you need to know what you’ll need to make a Lampshade Hat just scroll to the top of this post.
If you’ve made a Lampshade Hat with us in the past, Please bring it, we want to have the biggest Lampshade Parade ever! Maybe we can get a Guiness World Record! Do you get a case of beer with that?

Nobody from Hulaganz has confirmed or denied Ramen so I haven’t added it yet but I’d imagine it’s probably going to happen. Do you wanna check with Bridger/Jake/Lucy to confirm or shall I?
