Courts, I think you have a car boy confused with a cabana boy. What you want is someone that runs out to where you are lounging in the resort swimming pool with another frozen concoction with an umbrella in it for you…and when you need another, you sing out “Oh, cabana boy…” and here he races out again with a tasty refill for you…
ohhhhhhhh. OK, where do we get THOOOOOOSE?
C
On tropical islands! And in the Galveston Parrot Head Club…
so a Cabana Boy brings the drinks and a Car Boy is a valet in training?
lol
LuAnna
Specialty Valet, as in the folks that drive the Home Brew to… (take it away your Courtness!)

Thanks to Alex’s incessant whining…LOL . We may have a treat for the kiddies and non-imbibers… We’re working on brewing some homemade rootbeer and ginger ale… This will be a 1st attempt though…
BUT, I have a BIG question- in the book we got, it mentions that you can do it the traditional way in bottles etc or you can get party kegs and then add the carbon dioxide… It also talks alot about gushing and exploding bottles with method one… I’m thinking we may do better with the 2nd method due to the altitude changes as well… Anyone with experience on this one???
Carbonation is relatively easy… It is equipment dependent and requires working with high pressure gas. It might be something you might want to try at home before bringing it to Telluride. St James the Brewer has a really good method for carbonating liquids by rocking. I’ll leave it to him to explain - his method in Town Park
