Ticket exchange issues at will call.....

Before I begin my post, I want to thank Planet Bluegrass for being so accommodating and helpful concerning tickets. We had an issue with one of our tickets on both Saturday and Sunday. Saturday, I believe, was just a misunderstood error. Sunday, however, Chris and I brought our daughter for her 16th birthday. She was so excited to see H4THs, Keller, and Sammy for her birthday! So when we went to will call upon arrival to exchange our tickets, you could imagine mama’s surprise when one of the 3 tickets had already been scanned! The specific ticket was purchased off the forum, and I met the woman face to face at Oskar Blues on Thursday evening to exchange ticket and money. After a nice conversation about our kids and husbands, she headed back to the campground… At will call, they noticed that the woman bought 20 tickets, and one had not been scanned yet - not the barcode I had.

Sooo, thanks to PB for helping us out, but it makes me curious if anyone else had this issue? I did call the woman from will call, but I had to leave a message after her phone went directly to voicemail. Since I have not heard back from her at all, it makes me wonder if she mixed up the printed tickets or if she ripped a lot of people off? If this also happened to you, please let me know! Especially if you purchased the ticket from Amy, aka mrsdirtbrker …
