In festivarian days of yore, Autumn was a time to build up those
finger calluses, grease up the redial button, and prepare for
several days of grueling phone lotteries. How things have changed.
While we recognize that no system is perfect, we continue to
receive overwhelmingly positive feedback from our three online
lotteries. So once again we will be offering our most popular
tickets using this online system. Grab your calendar and maybe
a couple sticky notes and plaster these dates all over your
house, office, workshop, mandolin:
Town Park camping for Telluride Bluegrass - lottery open
November 9-17
RockyGrass Academy - lottery open November 9-17
On-site camping for RockyGrass - lottery open November
23 thru December 6
All other 2010 festival tickets go on sale December 9
As with past years, lottery entries are processed in a
random order, so you may complete your application anytime
during the above dates. You will be required to supply a
credit card number (or send us a personal check), but you
will only be charged if we are able to fulfill your order.
And of course, Planet Bluegrass charges no handling fees of
any kind for any order.
Help out your fellow festivarian by forwarding this email or
throw a tarp under your laptop and have your crew over for a
lottery party.

Is the December 9th date include nightgrass? If not, nightgrass begins April 1st? My recent growth in brain activity has dismissed some vital dates… :flower
ohhhhhhh the economy…
glad the lotto is open till the 17, cause i dont get paid till the 15th!!!
can i make payments in bacon?
i know a right good pig farmer down here in eastern north cackalacky!
Alrighty, I’m in!!! It’s almost time to start working on my bacon and hooch forecast. It’s never too early to start making spreadsheets and graphs in order to insure a successful 2010 summer festival season.
Factoid: This year Camp Run-A-Muck will be attempting, with the help of Six Sigma methodologies, to successfully festivate within 3 standard deviations of the mean. We hope other camps will attempt to follow in our footsteps. But don’t follow too closely because you might step on the back of my shoe and give me a flat tire.
