TBF Video Contest: Sustainable Festivation Tips!

As we countdown to the 45th Annual Telluride Bluegrass Festival, we’re asking folks to share with us…what does Sustainable Festivation mean to you? How do you get ready for your Telluride Pilgrimage? How do YOU Sustainably Festivate?!

Send in a brief video by NEXT FRIDAY, May 25, and you might just get Facebook famous on our 2018 Sustainable Festivation weekly video series leading up to TBF 2018! (We’re asking for submissions from Festivarians and Artists alike, so you never know what TBF celebrity might be featured in your same video…) Not to mention, you’ll get put into a raffle to win PRIZES from us and our Sustainable Festivation partners: Klean Kanteen, KEEN, Zeal Optics and more!

To get the creative juices flowing, here are a few Sustainable Festivation tips we’ve shared in the past…feel free to incorporate these or make up your own!
Tip #1: Organize Your Camp
Tip #2: Pack Your Reusables
Tip #3: Share Your Ride
Tip #4: Prep Your Home

To upload your video, go to http://bit.ly/tbfgreenvideo.
And remember, when filming, make sure you are in landscape mode - NOT portrait mode!

Just wanted to make sure everyone saw Alannah’s post last Friday… :huh

We’d love to highlight some Forumvarians in these upcoming Sustainable Festivation videos. Just send us a short video from your phone and we’ll edit your clip among fellow Festivarians and artists. :cheers

The sooner you submit, the more likely we’ll include your clip in the first video!

Done!

:wave OK going to this afternoon. Creative fun at lunch!

Done but please note I gave the hair and makeup staff the day off. :lol :flower

Beautiful videos coming in! Thanks for submitting! :flower

Where will the videos be posted when finished?

We’re going to splice the videos together, featuring a combination of Festivarians and Artists…then, we’ll share on our socials! :wave

Wish I could, but I have a dumb phone. No video capability on it, but I look forward to seeing them. Sustainable means be kind to the Earth and gentle with your footprint. Leave no trace. Bring reusable water bottles, drink the cold, fresh mountain water, and SAY NO TO STRAWS. And please, please, pick up your trash inside the venue! It’s been left in a disgusting condition the past few years. DON"T LITTER, especially nasty cigarette butts! I don’t come to your home and leave trash, please reciprocate. Do not harass the wildlife, they live here. Thank you Planet!
