TBF Noob here....set times?

Pardon the complete noob question…wondering if/when do set times get released in advance of TBF?

For now, more generally speaking, when does the music start on Thursday?

I’m just looking to plan my time off strategically, plan my arrival, and allow sufficient time for setting up camp (Warner Field).
