T.P. Egg's Benedict Breakfast

No worries My Brother !

They only take orders through paypal, and I personally don’t trust it. :rolleyes
I’ll get something elsewhere, thank you. :flower

OK so I just thought since you asked to get to know me better, we could just hang, no slavery involved. … :flower

wish i could make it wednesday for the benny breakfast
gonna be in the car all day though, make it to telluride by thursday, but eggs benedict in town park sounds like luxury to me. baking on tuesday would be ideal if ya plan to serve them on wednesday, im guessing its the english muffins your bakin?
mmmmmmm, delicious breakfast at a bluegrass festival, mmmmmmmmmmm…

do any camps ever do a pancake breakfast?

I don’t know what LaLagay has planned to bake, but I’m sure it will be terriffic.
Not sure what the camps serve up for breakfast…

I go on vacation to forget about cooking, however LaLagay is a special treat this year and she brings along with her knowlege of french pastry as well as her charm and dashing good looks and love of bluegrass. :flower…

sounds like a woman I would love to get to know and spend some time with in the kitchen…but not too much time in the kitchen… :cheers :flower :medal

how are yall gonna power an oven in town park…
generator maybe… i wonder if there is some kind of reduced energy oven made for camping…
as for being a ‘green’ campsite, what kind of oven fits the bill? im interested not only because the baking plans sound cool, but because i love learning about new camping gear, and a low energy oven for camping would be an awesome addition to an ever-growing collection
i guess if theres rvs there, that could be a solution, lots of rvs have ovens in them…

Cobella has a good selection of camping ovens… I know this camping gear can get addictive…

I just planned a camping trip just so I can use some of my new camping gear…LaLagay and I will just prep the pastry and I think she is gonna use the camp stoves to bake… :flower

The annual Opening Day Sourdough Waffle and Bacon feed in Camp Run a Muck Thursday morning, bring your own plate, utensils and sparkling wine.

:peace

awesome
i should be rolling in sometime early thursday and will be looking forward to it… maybe the afternoon when i get there, but the sparkling wine can stay chilled in the cooler no problem :thumbsup
and waffles are far superior to pancakes anyway, unless were talking pancakes that are mostly blueberries and just a little batter… like biting into a sweet thick blueberry pie almost, drenched in warm maple syrup or molasses, …mmmm…

WanderIn is Solar Powered !

I got your back Ron, I’ll be knee deep into this one, you all know I love to cook!

Tuesday 2ish sounds perfect Mikki :thumbsup, and I totally agree with Hope, I don’t want to miss homebrew tasting, so from the TP schedule we can squeeze it in between homebrew tasting and Run a Muck bbq, 2 hours should cover it, just as long as I don’t overdo it on homebrew :lol :lol
I’m afraid I’m going to keep the recipes secret till last minute, just to add to the excitement a bit, Also that way you won’t know what you’re missing dayton

Im I the only one who is concered about how we actually fit the festival music in amongst the drinking and eating.
Will the artists wait for us if we have a particulaly nice piece of bacon to finish or a nice beer to quwaf before they start their set ? :cheers

That’s why the events are all BEFORE the festival starts. :cheers
All events during the festival are centered around the beer booth so you won’t miss any music. :thumbsup

Good!!! I was trying to find the prefest schedual, to no avail…Tom could you please post that again??
Actually I want to taste the Homebrew Ales this year… might pick up a new hobby :flower

So Useless is bringing the pans right? And do I understand you correctly, you will be baking this in TP and we are just preping? :flower

:wave Tom bumped it or your can:

Find it here

:peace

Thanks Jerry, Looks like I might have to adjust my fishin time, I really am curious how a home brew ale tastes… yummy. Maybe get back by 1:00 so I can tip a few before the prep off :lol It might make it even more interesting… :cheers

I just sent you a PM Lalagay but not sure if it went through…kinda funky. Let me know.

Really? Is it possible that you have never had some homebrew VP? I had you pegged as a veteran. :cheers

Didn’t see anything about the Mia Tia’s at Camp Famingo and are we still planning some finger food to go with the Brew Tasting?
Still working on the Poaching of alot of eggs and keeping them fresh and warm. Probably should start breaking down who is preparing what and suppling what for the PJ. I got the bacon, eggs and muffins. Will also have OJ and some champange.
Will pick up a couple of chaffing dishes & Sterno for the serving line. What else do we need to make this go smooth? Will put you to work, Rick! Love it, Brother!
:thumbsup :cheers :thumbsup :cheers

Folks in our camp would like to participate. Anyone need extra help in the kitchen?
