Done and definitely! My experience with Telluride Express last year was pretty disappointing. Despite written confirmation, a booking number and proof of credit card transaction I was left stranded at Montrose after a very long flight. And no one would help from TE after I finally got them to answer the phone. I finally got there after a driver arrived to collect someone else two hours later and he found me crying.
It was the only time I’ve been let down but it wasn’t pretty.
