Hey All, for RV camping at LaVern Johnson does anyone know where the RV parking is? Long ago the RV camping was only in the parking lot. Can you bring an RV to the family camping area?
RVs at Lavern are anything over 18’ in length, and require one of 15 RV passes sold, and can only park in the 15 full-hookup RV spots to the southeast. Anything 18’ and under just needs a vehicle pass, which is easier to purchase, and has more spots to park, including the roadside leading back to family camping. There are no vehicles allowed in the camping areas, just the roadside and parking lot spots. Also, if you plan on parking a trailer and the tow vehicle, you’ll need to vehicle passes. Hope that helps.
