Good morning, music lovers! The day is finally upon us ladies & gentleman. The movie about Sam Bush & his journey is now out on amazon for rental or release. Invite over some friends and loved ones, pour a glass, roll a number, make your best dish & hold on tight. Maybe shed a few tears and be thankful we still have the pleasure of knowing Sammy & seeing him every year at TBF.

Just finished watching it. Soooo good. Now I’m pumped about the lottery starting next week!

I watched it last night. Wow love that Sammy even more. They all looked so young in some of that footage! And Sammy’s story about passing the hat was so beautiful!

I wont give the entire story away. :medal

I enjoyed it, too. It got me in the mood to come back to TBF for the first time since 2014! I put my lottery entry in today. Fingers crossed!

It was great to meet you the other night at Billy Strings, Alex! You’ll have to join me for a beer at the festival this year!

WE’RE ALL IN THE MOOD NOW! :evil Ready for TBF! It was great meeting you as well! Cmon!

So frustrating, cannot rent it in Australia

do you have the option to purchase the film through amazon? Its worth it.

I would hope that the DVD will be available before the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. :thumbsup

I rented Revival from Amazon last night and loved every minute of it. Lots of Telluride footage. Highlights for me included him playing with a 10 year old Sierra Hull and his poignant remarks about Bill Monroe’s support of Sam during his cancer battle. Enjoy everyone!

I loved all the interviews with all the younger generation pickers. It’s great to see and hear from some of the folks that Sam has inspired.

The biggest surprise of the movie for me was the comments about Sam being under the radar.
He is the King of My World so it was strange to think of him as under-appreciated.

Regardless, it was a nice way to spend 1.5 hours.

No they won’t let people outside the US buy or rent it, boooo
