Kinda ironic tho… I saw Rev. Peyton’s Big Damn Band lastnite, lol… Ever heard of them…? They’re really awesome blues-y acoustic rock with The Rev on guitar, his wife Breezy on washboard and his brother on drums, including a 5 gallon pickle bucket!!! They really put on a great show and are worth a peep!!

Just saw this…
I was there, and for the first time fairly unimpressed with the Rev. I’ve never seen him “just go through the motions” as it seemed he was on Tuesday.
Not a bad show, just not the intensity that I’m used to from a Rev. Horton Heat show. The crowd may have had something to do with it. They were all just standing there. :spill

There were a few getting down. A mosh pit developed briefly…it just didn’t have the same “feel” as usual. The Rev. wasn’t as engaging as he’s been in the past.
I don’t know how to explain it…but hey, I’m some there loved every second of it. :rock
