There is a link on the shop.bluegrass page that opens to a returned ticket resale page. Does anyone know how to return tickets to the planet? Is that something that can be done online?
Give the planet a call and they’ll help you out if you have tickets to return.
Yes, email help@seetickets.us and request the refund with your order number. I put in my request and received my refund a few minutes later. So easy
