Questions about 4-day passes

As a long-time TBF camper, I didn’t know the answers to a couple of questions some TBF rookies axed me:

  1. Are the 4-day passes sold via lottery, or just on a “first come-first served-first not kicked off the internet mid-purchase” basis?

  2. Are the 4-day passes also totally refundable and by when?

  3. What’s the procedure for refunding unwanted tickets?

4 Day passes are sold online or over the phone on Dec. 5th and usually sell out.

They are refundable

Refund Policy
•If you need a refund, please e-mail planet@bluegrass.com. The subject line of your email should read: “Attn: Refunds - your name”. Please include a copy of your e-mail confirmation along with exact details of your refund request.
•Refund requests for Telluride Bluegrass must be made by March 13, 2015.
•We will gladly refund you in the same manner that your tickets were purchased. There are NO REFUNDS AFTER these dates. No extensions or exceptions.
