Where is the best spot to camp in an RV for the festival and why? Thanks in advance for the feedback.
For 2025 those spots are all gone. Next options require a 45-60 minute daily commute both ways. RV’s in campgrounds must be 23ft or less, if this fits your RV then keep your eyes open for Mary Illium Vehicle passes, there’s likely some that will come up in the resale in March, but you’ll need to be on the ball and checking often.
Thanks Todd! IF RV spots become available what is the best spot?
The official RV spot at Lawson, only has about 20 spots, and probably won’t come up in re-sale. Same with the 20=30 Town Park vehicle passes. Mary Illium will be the only possibility, and as of now are all sold. Make a post in the Telluride ticket exchange here on the forum, and once Planet Bluegrass announces the re-sale of returned tickets in March check that multiple times per day! They will give a loose time slot for when the tickets will get released, like 11-1 or something, and since many people are searching for those, you’ll need to act fast! Otherwise I’d suggest to plan for tent camping, which is what 90% of all campers do.
