New Shopping Cart! - Create your new account now

:wave Everybody.

It’s been a long time coming, but we have a brand spankin’ new shopping cart at shop.bluegrass.com!! :hop

I wanted to give you the heads up before the on-sale so that you can head over and create your new account ahead of time.

OLD ACCOUNTS WILL NOT WORK.

YOU NEED TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT TO CHECK OUT.

The other thing to note is that the 4 TICKET LIMIT PER CUSTOMER WILL BE ENFORCED BY THE SHOPPING CART.

If you need more than 4 tickets, you will need other members from your group to buy them.

This new system should be a huge step forward and we hope that the experience is the best you’ve ever had.

We’re looking forward to seeing you all this summer.

:cheers

I think it would be a great time for a little line-up teasing, don’t you?

I agree…a little teaser for the ears?

I’m with John…how about a little line-up tease for the holidaze?

I would just as soon have PB wait until after the madness tomorrow. It will be stressful enough with just us regulars trying to get our tickets. Good luck everyone.

Indeed. Let us get our tickets first. Then tease us. I’m hoping the new shopping cart works well and we can all get tix easily tomorrow morning. Good luck all! We all know the lineup will be amazing whenever it is announced.

new system is pretty awesome - order confirmed by 9:06.

We’ll be there!!!

I agree, much easier than the last few years! Shopping cart by 9:04, and another year of family memories!

When I tried to complete my transaction, I’m not sure if everything went through because it proceeded to go to a blank page. Then, when I check my order history in My Account it shows no orders. However, there is a $205 pending Planet Bluegrass charge on my online bank statement so I can’t tell whether the transaction went through correctly or not. Anyone else have this issue?

Yeah, I got my Tix Confirmation! Yes the New Shopping Cart experience is much improved since RG yesterday and year over year. My 4x4-day passes went straight into my Shopping Cart. But from there, it was a case of 2 steps forward, 1 step back. Each push of “Continue” put me to a blank page that would eventually time out. I had to back-up to the Shopping Cart and re-enter each page, including CC information. Finally got my confirmation after 15 minutes. Better than yesterday’s 45 minutes. Way better than last year’s “never”.
