It’s been a long time coming, but we have a brand spankin’ new shopping cart at shop.bluegrass.com!! :hop

I wanted to give you the heads up before the on-sale so that you can head over and create your new account ahead of time.

[b]OLD ACCOUNTS WILL NOT WORK.

YOU NEED TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT TO CHECK OUT.[/b]

The other thing to note is that the 4 TICKET LIMIT PER CUSTOMER WILL BE ENFORCED BY THE SHOPPING CART.

If you need more than 4 tickets, you will need other members from your group to buy them.

This new system should be a huge step forward and we hope that the experience is the best you’ve ever had.

We’re looking forward to seeing you all this summer.

Registered yesterday. Now have tried 6 times to order, and have ended up on a blank page or with some error code. Might not have been the best idea to put up a new store just before the sale date. :rolleyes

This is not going well! Blank pages and errors is all I’m getting. Very bummed!!!

I’ve managed to put tickets in my cart, but clicking “Place Order” displays a popup after about 45 seconds:

“There was an error processing your order. Please contact us or try again later.”

I’ve been trying since 9:00.

So, has anyone gotten tickets? I can’t get very far in my cart, although I’ve been trying since 9:00!

I’ve been in since 9 too. I managed to check out with MeadowPark Camping, but am having no luck with the 3 day passes.

I’m having the same problems. My cart is full but I keep getting the error message at checkout.

Sorry about this, everyone. The problem seems to be isolated to 3-day passes. A few of us are working on it right now…

Hip tip for those who keep getting error message after putting in payment info, and are afraid of their cart expiring- just click on the cart at the top right and re-enter the payment info. You’ll get a new 15 minutes of time. Of course, this might end up having your card charged multiple times, but I’m sure the PB folks will make that right. Right??? :huh

Hi everyone. Our web team has found the problem, but they had to take the site down to make the fix. Thanks for everyone’s patience on this. We’re working on this problem as fast as we can…

I knew Planet Bluegrass shouldn’t have retained the same company to do their web site that did healthcare.gov…
