On this, National Cheese Day, I remind all early arrivers to bring your favorite breads, cheeses, or creative toppings for the Grilled Cheese Spectacular on Monday at Duktape Kitchen (campsite 24 in TP). We have some plans to feed lunch to even more festivarians, and everyone loves a stump-the- chef ingredient (especially as they have turned out some of the best Chef Steph offerings ever… we still talk about the Swedish Fish grilled cheese!)

I’m sooo looking forward to this! I haven’t been able to attend before because I’m always deep in bloody mary cleanup. I’ll have to put some thought into what whacky ingredient to bring!
