The BaseCamp Music Experience, an entertainment festival that is part of the Jeep King of the Mountain Ski Cross and Snowboard Cross competitions, has announced its first stop will be in Telluride and will take place December 14-16, 2007.

Artists will be performing in multiple venues ranging from the BaseCamp Pavilion Tent in Telluride that holds up to 2,500 guests, the Telluride Conference Center, The Sheridan Opera House, Fly Me to the Moon Saloon, Last Dollar Saloon, Bubble Lounge, the New Sheridan Bar and Heritage Plaza. Downtown Telluride will also be transformed into a street party with DJ’s and street performers in the streets each night.
A limited number of All Access Passes and individual show tickets went on sale Saturday November 17, 2007. Tickets are available online through www.ticketweb.com, phone 866-468-7621, or in town at the Telluride Visitors Center.
