I have an onsite parking pass + 2 camping sites for Meadow Park. There is one adult and two children. The children have a tent but do they need the pass since I think they get to camp for free?
I’m not sure what the age cutoff is for kids to camp free, but I can tell you camping passes are per person, not per site. Also, if you’re camping at Meadow the onsite vehicle pass won’t help you.
Well…the ticket says: RockyGrass Meadow Park Vehicle; up to
18 feet - 3-day & MP Camping pass
so…why do they issue them if they “don’t help”?
Sorry, thought you had an Onsite parking pass and Meadow Park camping passes.
If you have 2 passes and the vehicle pass you should be all able to camp there. You need passes for kids over 12, otherwise 1 child per paid adult is my understanding of the deal. I have been coming to the festival for a while with kids and there is no separate camping pass for them. There is nice camping along the trees by the river if you can get it (its first to go) otherwise you can camp on the ball fields with no shade (bring an ez up for shade). You will not be able to camp next to your car I don’t think, but it will be close.
