Absolutely!! In fact, a little known fact is that most Festivarians are also empowered to perform marriages! It’s true, we’re like the captain of a ship. Sure, they’re only valid until sunrise, or one of the couple sobers up (whichever comes first), but in Town park…ANYTHING can happen!
