Hello! I am wondering whether Lawson Hill or Mary E. Would be a better fit for someone who is looking to get involved with the jamming at TBF! I know that they both have the same quiet hours, but if anyone knows which may be better for this sort of thing, please let me know!
Town Park is the best, Mary probably second. If you stay in Mary then you can arrive early on Saturday, same as Town Park. You can come in and access TP until the Thursday when music starts. There will be picking going on all day and night.
I’ve never personally camped at Lawson, but I’ve been there. during festival. I have camped at Mary and Town Park. Mary is a 5-10 minute longer shuttle, but it’s in the forest along the river, and a much greater camping experience. You get less people picking in camp because most folks are in town, but if you stay up there will be picking at night,
