Methinks that maybe someone should give Maytag a call and see if they’d be willing to bring out a truck/panel van with 5 or 6 washers and dryers (or pulling them on a trailer) and, in return for free advertising, have the machines available near town park or somewhere and charge 1.00/load or so. Kind of like the Tide Loads of Hope campaign that Tide has for disaster victims (then again, after 3 or 4 days in TP, that may fit the bill for some folks LOLOL)
wait, wait, wait…
laundry at a festival…
i think joe dunlap had it right when he said bring one pair of clothes, that’d take care of everything…
although, maybe bring one pair of clothes for the fest, and one for the ride home. gotta be clean when hitting up the cracker barrel :lol
yeh, i can see the need for laundry though with the kids… not having kids, i hadn’t thought of that part of it… maybe running a dry line between some sites and handwashing some clothes would work. dr.bronners always smells fresh and clean. i been liking the lavender best lately myself…

I hear you Dayton, but if you’re down there for over a week camping, this doesn’t work out too well. I’ve had to haul a bag of laundry from camping to far other side of town (on rollerblades, a nice way to travel thru Tride) and use friend’s condo washer/dryer the last couple times. And 3 years ago the dryer didn’t work, so heavy wet bag back to WField, and last year opportunity to listen to some KOTO Telluride festistuff while enjoying great breakfast with friends (thanks Sally K!). And then you get to have a great, clean, hot shower after having had multi cold ones in the park. The point is, the way to do it is find someone who has a condo and kindly ask them to use their resources. :wave
