It's time again for your music suggestions...

Let’s see…how many Grammy’s with Plant this year? AK with our with out Plant is in my book.
A voice that can melt hearts like hot piss in a snow bank! :medal
Don’t forget Emmy. The both together on stage would’t be a bad thing.

Another group I think would be a big hit… The Derailers :cheers

Ry Cooder

I’d love to hear Jonatha Brooke do an acoustic set outside. Does anyone else think music is like food? When it’s consumed outdoors, it not only sounds better but it seems as though you just cant get enough? Never mind, it’s probably just me.

Uhh, Jo…
There’s 10,000 of us camping, at 2 miles above sea level, where it’s 90 during the day and 25 at night. We travel from Alaska, Florida, the UK, Australia and this year Africa. We start “Packin’ for Telluride” 10 minutes after we arrive home from last year and make plans for next year before we’ve gone our seperate ways, and we do it all because 4 to 21 days a year we get to hear and play music in the most beautiful outdoor setting man was ever allowed to build a stage.

I don’t think it’s just you, however, we’re very glad you’re one of us! :thumbsup

Auntie Hope :festivarian2 :green

Well put me lady! :cheers :cheers :cheers :cheers :cheers

Yes. Yes you can.

The festival just wouldn’t seem complete without Tony Rice. Does anyone know if he’s still a possibility?

Even though I’ve never been to Telluride I couldn’t agree more!
I’m keeping my fingers crossed… I checked his website the other day to see if he had any gigs planned during that period, and it seems not…lets just hope he’s holding out for Telluride!

I’m going to make a late request for the Drew Emmitt Band to play mainstage and to have a Nightgrass as the Moon. I saw them the last two nights up here in Montana, and both shows were awesome.

I was just thinking this the other day while listening to Tony Rice: The Bluegrass Guitar Collection. I’d sit through an entire set of just him playing by himself. Or something like what Bela did last year and play a couple songs with a buncha pickers.

I just saw that John Prine is playing Red Rocks June 13, so he’s in the area…

Yes.

ohhh dear I’m getting seriously excited !

I don’t think anything could make my first Telluride bluegrass experience more complete…

Ahhhh…[sigh] I just love his style so much…It brings tears to my eyes just thinking about it…I think I might be a Tony Rice addict

PLEASE GET LEVON HELM.

i can’t see the red rocks show cause i’ll be out of town. maybe you guys could throw enough $$$ at him to convince him to hang out in CO for another week and play Telluride.

eh? eh?

If I dont get some Stringdusters this summer I might explode. I would be so happy if they played!

As the father of two music lovin’ little girls I want to suggest one of their favorite artists. We would love to see,Grammy nominated, Zak Morgan play in the childrens area. Your kids will dig him!!! :thumbsup

We would be sooooo happy to see Alison Krauss and Aunion Station. She has NEVER toured Australia and we love her and the boys. I know she was there last year but what, only three or four songs? If there is any chance to have her visit you would make our lives complete. Thank you
