What are the river conditions for tubing?
In Colorado sunshine and july heat she’s plenty warm to tube on. When its overcast and under 80 degrees its a tad bit chilly. City of Lyons enacted a tubing ban about two weeks ago… let’s hope that festival magic brings us a little lower stream hahah! cheers!
