thanks hope!
the festival was aaaaamaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazzzzzzing!!!
i think the infamous stringdusters might be my new favorite band… :eek
musically, visually, and just pure entertainment, they top the charts for an awesome show :thumbsup
on sunday at the festival to end the main stage shows, everyone in the dusters and all of toubab krewe were all on stage and seriously, seriously, seriously jamming for what seemed like forever. it was so cool!!! i’ll have to say i don’t know if i’ve seen bluegrass taken to that level before…
oh, and andy falco needs to be the next ibma guitar player of the year, he is a maniac on that thing :pickin

but, the stringdusters are certain theyre gonna have this festival every year in the same spot from now on, so… we’re already looking forward to next year
plus, theres a brewery on site! the devil’s backbone brewery and it is so good! they actually had a beer made specially for the festy called the stringduster :cheers

:medal :rock :pickin :woohoo :clap :clap :clap Right on Dayton, right on! You didn’t get to see them in Telluride because they didn’t play there in 2009, but NOW you know why they are my favorite new band to come around in this century! I haven’t felt like that since I first got hooked on NGR in 1976.
Let’s bring them back to TBF 2011!! :thumbsup
