So, i admit that with the upcoming arrival of my first grandchild shortly after Telluride, I have been more than a bit distracted and haven’t been keeping up with the forum or taking time to read the whole internet. It was just this evening that I came across the news that Abigail Washburn and Bela Fleck will be welcoming a child into the world in June! A little boy who just might pick up a banjo someday! WOW… How cool is that? Or am I just being ga-ga over babies right now?
Bela and Abby’s baby boy has made his Nashville debut (while dad was playing in SF) I can hardly wait to see pictures and look forward to seeing what musical and linguistic directions this little fellow might travel. I am sure that they must be thrilled right now. Sending good wishes and big congratulations to all three of them. Does anyone know his name?
