How about another look into the 2011 TBF artist bag...

Hey everyone. :wave

I’m just sitting here on the couch on a Saturday night and thought I’d let you in on another band that will be joining us for our annual family reunion in 2011.

It’s a band that I was impressed with the first time I saw them, and I’ve become very fond of after indulging in their albums (and a few more shows).

It’s a band that you’ve asked for over and over and over…

A group of musicians coming from the seemingly endless pool of acoustical talent in the Midwest…

wait for it…

are you sitting down?

…cause they will be…

Ladies and Gentlemen, joining us for the 2011 Telluride Bluegrass Festival…

Trampled by Turtles

More to come, stay tuned…

I know how you just LOVE doing this stuff to us guys but…

Wait for it…

Mandatory scroll yourself Dustin…

Still curious?..

WE LOVE IT MORE!

Keep 'em coming Planet Bluegrass!!!

WOO!!! :cheers

oh yeah! they are so much fun. just can’t wait for more. I keep coming back to the forum all day long just to see who’s next?

:cheers

Okay, I was still trying to get over the first announcement when I posted last, so now I will dedicate a post to how absolutely excited I am about this set. I’ve been wanting to get Trampled for a very very very very long time. Excellent job so far, PB; keep it up.

These guys are AWESOME!!! :thumbsup

THANK YOU PLANET BLUEGRASS!!!

TBT started standing up this fall, might not be sitting down!

When I saw them in Missoula I was amazed they didn’t fall off their chairs! As long as they’re playing, I’m gonna be a happy camper! :thumbsup

AHHHH…FANTASTIC NEWS!!! I was super busy this weekend and haven’t checked the forum for a few days but figured I would check them tonight before I went to bed. I’m so glad I did…although I’m not sure I will be able to sleep now. SUPER EXCITED!!!

rre is an amazing band, that, like noted above, blew the roof off the opera house with a rockin show, and then showed us their other side, the beauty of their music, on the mainstage. neath the stars was the highlight from the 2009 tp set.

yeah rre!

Still hoping for Steve Martin & SCR, but he’ll be in Lexington, KY, on 21 June, so guess he won’t be in CO until Rocky Grass…boo hoo! But R. Plant and Band of Joy will be terrific!

:cheers NICE! Heartlanders onstage @ TBF! Maybe NG too? :thumbsup

Never heard of this band… Just listened to “Wait So Long” and it blew me away.

Love love love
Happy happy happy
