Nope. I recalled reading that claim must be made before March 1? or you are out of luck. Someone please confirm. :wave

Don’t have my single day lotto, 4-day passes yet. :huh The site says the tickets will mailed within 3 weeks of the sale, so that would be March 1, 2012. If they aren’t here by Saturday, I’ll be calling the Planet. I think that’s what you mean by making a “claim”?

If you do not receive your tickets within 3 weeks of ordering, you must contact Planet Bluegrass - 800-624-2422 or planet@bluegrass.com. Planet Bluegrass will not attempt to locate orders not received within 2 months of ordering and your order WILL NOT BE REPLACED.

I just got this email…

"Planet Bluegrass would like to give you an update on the tickets you
purchased in the Telluride Bluegrass Festival single day lottery.

Unfortunately, we have had issues with our ticket printer and still do not
have tickets to send to you.

We expect to have tickets within a couple of weeks. You will receive an
email when we begin shipping tickets, as well as when your specific order
has shipped.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please keep an eye on your email for information about your tickets and
thank you for your patience."

Th printer is fixed! Yahoo. Tickets will begin to be shipped in a few weeks and we will send emails out when they ship from our office. Be sure to check your junk/spam just in case.
