I received mine right after I ordered. I thought I would be able to access mine on the Eventim app, as well, but that isn’t the case.

OP here - never mind, the person to whose email it went did not remember getting them. They were finally discovered to have been sent by See/Eventim back in late January.
All is well, as you were, now back to your regular programming, etc.
