Am I not gonna get a decent spot in front of the sound booth? That’s all I really want for sufjan stevens and I feel like I’m gonna be way far back now. How’s this usually go down?
Hello! Don’t worry–the numbers are distributed randomly, so there is no telling what place you are in line, really. There are not necessarily 393 Festivarians in front of you. The festival grounds are large enough to comfortably accommodate everyone! Many people have a different idea of what they consider “ideal” spots to set up their tarps, which may mean under a nice shady tree, near the river, up front, or near the sound booth…so it’s very likely you’ll find a spot that’s just where you want to be.
