Looking forward to Sunday Gospel. One of my favorite sets! Who do you think it will be??? :festivarian :angel :peace :peace :peace :peace
probably not Black Sabath! :evil
Patty G. Up To The Mountain, that would be soul shakin in that beautiful valley and her beautiful voice ringing out. Yeah, goosebump city… :lovedr :concert :sunshine
Never thought about it till now but having Robert Plant belting out some Gospel might be a pretty moving thing!
I’ve been thinking Mavis Staples would fill the bill nicely
Robert Randolph!!!
I am not much of a religous person, but what I would like to hear is some nice string quartet classical music. Several years ago Edgar and others had a very good Sunday morning set. Bach, Mozart, etc.
Mavis Staples + Jeff Tweedy (with a Jeff solo show tacked on).
Yeah. That would rock.
So would Patty.
So would Robert Randolph.
I would do any of these
How about Slim Cessna’s Auto Club?
How about dropping the Edgar Meyer solo in that Sunday am spot!!! We can all feel the good vibe and be one with nature in the canyon. :thumbsup
Auntie Hope :festivarian2 :green
I REALLY, really need a good ole Gospel set… How about David and Roselyn from New Orleans… They are my all-time favorite performers …
How about Jim and Tammy Faye Baker?
Whoops, did I say that out loud? Apparently I have no business on this thread.
:lol :wave Gospel is about faith in something bigger, other than yourself. Not religion. And Gospel has been a part of Bluegrass since it’s inception.
I am afraid to say anything cause someone keeps hammering me with Smites, not sure why. I have been quiet… :flower (Please email me, so I will know, if I have offended someone I did not mean to)
Gospel Sunday with Edgar would be beautiful. :medal
C’mon now, why would anyone smite a nice girl like Landshark? Apparently, the culprit has nevermet you!
Ah shucks UJ. Is it June? :flower
Gospel on Sunday in Tride… seems fitting to shout out and give thanks for that beautiful place and such a wonderful gathering. :sunshine
How many days? :bubbles
how about sharon jones and the dap kings? lets get em there
Wailing Jennys would help me find religion!
Victor Wooten pulling out some Amazing Grace
:thumbsup
Victor Wooten on Amazing Grace would be perfect!
Excited to see the Flecktones this summer. Victor would tear it up!
Patty Griffin would be jaw droppen good as well. OHHHH the possibilities… :flower
