Ok, i still dont understand the festivation rating - how come i was a 421 yesterday and now i am a 420? 
I am getting VERY excited, who cares about sitting up for 16 hours in a squishy seat in a plane?

Because everyone wants to be at 420. It just means someone was looking out for you.
:wave That’s probably due to the cannabis rating pact of 2008 while petitions were circulating to put the prop on the ballot in colorado. It declared no one can get higher than 420, hence the rating system that has been grandfathered into our current consensual system.
