Since this is an international event, is Canadian bacon allowed? 
how about Pancetta? And what about Kevin?
Here in America we refer to Canadian Bacon as “Ham”, which is exactly what it is. The difference is pretty obvious so I’m not sure why the Canadians have such trouble discerning the two. Feel free to bring ham if you are so inclined. Pancetta is too fancy for me. I’ve never tried Kevin but bring him along and we can always get Kaptain Karlos to throw one of his legs on the smoker.
