Elvis!

Elvis Costello should be a blast! His latest album was excellent. Wish I could be there. :frowning:

Elvis, a first for me!!! Love it! :medal Gonna sing Alison all day :lol

Sorry Doc, are you sure you can’t go??

RG Academy instead. After hearing and talking with the Kruger Bros last weekend, I think I’ll probably still have a good time. :thumbsup

Elvis ? Are you sure he’s not an Imposter. :lol

:joke

I will be there as well , what did they say, what’s up? It will be great fun but was hopeing to meet you at TBF , guess I’ll just have to wait.
What did they say???

Isn’t Elvis married to another well known singer?? What is her name?

I think Elvis is married to the jazz pianist/singer Diana Krall.

If you haven’t seen it yet, check out this clip of Elvis, Emmylou, and Gil & Dave on the Opry.

And if you get the Sundance Channel, check out Elvis’s new talk show. I think it’s called Spectacle. His guests have included Elton John, James Taylor, Tony Bennett, and Bill Clinton.

Thanks Brian that was nice. I can’t help but thimk what a beautiful woman Emmy Lou is, a soft whisper of a woman.

I didn’t know T Bone Bernett was his brother. Music really does run in families…

I think T Bone is more of his ā€œmusical brotherā€ā€¦

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH now I get it… I thought they didn’t look alike :lol :lol :lol

Doc! You are killing me! You know that don’t you??? Where did your mother and I go wrong?

So excited for Elvis, after reading the announcements I had a huge smile on my face fro the rest of the day :peace, even while running for 20 minutes

They were both excited about the Academy. They had such a good time at Rockygrass 2 years ago. They have such joy about their music, whether talking about it, or when playing it. I can hardly wait! :pickin :woohoo

Hooch- I promise you if I win the lottery, I’ll be at TBF!

Okay. And if I win the lottery you will also be at TBF and we will be performing that on-tarp liver transplant operation we’ve been dreaming about since last year.

Ok Hooch now I know you have lost your ever loving mind
maybe you should lay off the Bacon for a few days

I really wanted to see that set! Along with Dr. Ralph and a sentimental attachment to Barbeque Orchestra it was the hardest to miss. I’m glad it was a good time!
